The Product Specialist will provide enhanced data service support for customers according to assigned objectives, priorities and deadlines. Ensure successive steps to resolve problems and deviations in compliance with instructions and established procedures. Manage day-to-day issues, provide guidance and consultation to customers. Analyze various key facts and coordinate activities with other teams as liaison to ensure successful resolution.
Data Services ticket handling (ticketing tool and phone calls), identification, resolution and escalation of critical issues and deviations, consultation and carry out advisory to customers
NOTAM processing and evaluation, including restrictions building and proper data update
Navigation data base maintenance, validation, consistency checking and reporting
Flight planning consultation, benchmarking, inconsistency analysis and identification
Required qualifications & experience:
A good Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering
At least 1 year in Flight Dispatch operations or Flight Ops Officer License/certification
